Scrapbooks and collages were a huge part of my childhood, yet little did I know that I was already immersing myself within the world of typography! As a sentimental ~ghorl~ growing up, I distinctly remember doodling random words and shapes on top of the random images and headlines I’ve patiently cut out from the assortment of magazines I get my hands on at home. With Half, the display typeface aims to recreate the feeling of nostalgia I’ve amassed through years of scrapbooking with a playful twist. The cut-outs within each glyph add a fun and distinct personality to each character which eventually comes out as lighthearted and crafty!
